A new study into the most common sleep positions for couples revealed the ‘liberty’ position, sleeping back-to-back without touching, was most popular with 27 per cent of couples pinpointing it as their regular nighttime stance. A lot has been said about the sleeping positions people have. There are special sleeping positions that couples have, which show a lot of interesting facts about their relationship. But today we are not going to discuss male-female relationships given their sleeping positions. Today we are focusing only on women and their sleeping position.
Sleeping position #1 The board:
Sleeping like a stiff board means your quiet and reserved. You think highly of yourself, which isn’t bad. Your not afraid to turn it up though. This sleeping position, as its name suggests, does not involve a lot of movement. These women fall asleep on their backs, with their arms and legs tightly pressed to their body, making their position resemble a board that does not move. You’re definitely social and have an open, welcoming personality if you you sleep on your stomach with hands tucked under your pillow. However, you can also be overly sensitive in some situations.
Sleeping position #3 The Hugger:
You’re very trusting if you sleep and hug your pillow. But there are times your a bit TOO open with others. You’re the most reliable and trustworthy to friends.
